Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Who we are
Tally is an automation platform operated by ddx-consulting (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Tally you agree to these Terms. If you use Tally on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
2. Your account
Accounts are provisioned by ddx-consulting or by your company's workspace owner. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. The service
Tally lets you run automated workflows, connect third-party applications (through our integration provider), store data in workspace tables, and review and approve actions. We build and operate automations for you; you consume and control them through the portal. We may add, change or remove features over time.
4. Your data and connected accounts
You retain ownership of the data you upload and of the accounts you connect. You grant us the permissions needed to operate your automations (for example reading email or CRM records you authorise). We access connected accounts only to run the automations you have set up. You can disconnect an application or delete your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tally to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or unsolicited messages, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other workspaces. You are responsible for the content your automations send or process.
6. Third-party services
Tally relies on third parties (including AI providers, an integration provider, hosting and email delivery). Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or actions.
7. Fees
Where fees apply, they will be agreed with you separately. Usage (workflow runs, AI calls and connected applications) may be metered for billing.
8. Availability and liability
Tally is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Tally at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. On termination we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable period.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the platform. Questions? Contact ddx-consulting at admin@daxai.tech.
