Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Tally (operated by ddx-consulting) collects, how we use it, and your choices. We act as a data processor for the workspace data you and your automations handle, and as a controller for your account information.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — name, email and password (stored hashed).
  • Workspace data — workflows, runs and logs, data tables you create or upload, and approvals.
  • Connected accounts — authorisation tokens for apps you connect (held by our integration provider), used only to run your automations.
  • Usage data — workflow runs and AI calls, for operating the service and billing.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate your automations, authenticate you, send transactional emails (password resets, invitations, approval notifications), meter usage for billing, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third parties we use

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database, an integration provider for connected apps, AI providers for AI steps, and an email delivery provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

5. AI processing

When an automation runs an AI step, the relevant input is sent to the AI provider configured for your workspace (either ddx-consulting-managed or your own key) to produce the result. We record the model used and token counts for billing, not the content beyond your run logs.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can delete data tables and disconnect apps yourself; when a workspace is deleted, its data is removed. Contact us to request deletion of your account.

7. Security

We use access controls, workspace isolation (each company only sees its own data), transport encryption, and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to what is necessary.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us.
